[Job Responsibilities]
(1) Participate in various modules of the company's human resources, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, etc., and have a comprehensive understanding of the human resources management system;
(2) Assist in conducting campus recruitment and social recruitment activities, support talent introduction and reserve;
(3) Participate in the design and implementation of internal training programs within the company to enhance the team's professional capabilities;
(4) Follow up on human resources data statistics and analysis to provide support for management decisions.
[Job Requirements]
(1) Full time undergraduate degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related fields;
(2) Good communication and organizational coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility;
(3) Familiar with office software operation, with basic data processing and text expression skills;
