operating duty:
(1) Responsible for evaluating the producibility of on-site new product design schemes;
(2) Follow up on trial production at each stage of the product;
(3) Research and validation of new processes, materials, and production technologies, as well as mass production introduction;
(4) Improvement support for key issues in the product mass production process and continuous optimization and improvement of mass production processes;
(5) As a reserve cadre, the training direction for this position includes production technology engineer and process engineer. Based on the company's development needs and personal development wishes, the company provides professional training methods and job rotation practices to deepen understanding of technology. After job rotation, the position will be arranged accordingly.
Job requirements:
(1) Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials science, intelligent manufacturing or related fields, with an English proficiency level of CET-4 or above;
(2) Good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, good at data analysis, and possess good stress resistance;
(3) Able to adapt to the working environment of the manufacturing site, strong hands-on practical ability, and strong teamwork ability;
