operating duty:
(1) Lead the evaluation and feasibility analysis of mold design schemes for new projects;
(2) Participate in pre project research, lead cross departmental meetings, liaise with overseas customer technical teams, and promote the construction of technical document systems;
(3) Responsible for the overall quality control of the company's products, managing and maintaining the quality management system, including certifications such as IATF16949;
(4) As a reserve cadre, the training direction for this position includes mold design, project management, and quality management. Based on the company's development needs and personal development wishes, the company provides professional training methods and job rotation practices to deepen understanding of technology and intelligent manufacturing sites. After job rotation, job arrangements will be made.
Job requirements:
(1) Full time undergraduate degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials science, intelligent manufacturing, chemistry, or related fields;
(2) Fluent English speaking ability, proficient in reading and writing, CET-6 or above in English is preferred;
(3) Good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, and good ability to withstand pressure;
(4) Priority consideration will be given to those who serve as student cadres in schools and have experience in subject competitions.
