The lecturer comprehensively and profoundly expounded TPS theory and methods from the level of "enterprise" and "strategy", combined with cases of lean management implemented by domestic and foreign enterprises, and introduced the three continuous improvement systems of enterprise project improvement, daily improvement and strategic improvement. The lectures are conducted in group discussions and group PK. The group led by Mr. Liu of our company stood out in the two-day PK and won the first place in the group. All members of the group were rated as excellent students.
After the training, Mr. Liu carried out a unified deployment of the company's lean management combined with the key and difficult tasks of the year.
