In 2016, the "High-precision Die Casting Intelligent and Informationized Factory Construction" project declared by our company was reviewed and confirmed by the Guangdong Provincial Economic and Information Commission and was assessed as the first batch of "Internet + Advanced Manufacturing" pilot projects in Guangdong Province.

The project intends to take the "intelligence, Internet +" concept and the development and popularization of related technologies as an opportunity to promote the intelligent and informatization construction of enterprises and realize the intensive operation of resources as the ultimate goal, and propose a set of suitable discreteness "Automation-informatization-intelligence" factory construction plan for the manufacturing industry. Through the purchase of high-end equipment, robots, automatic assembly lines, purchase and independent development of software, purchase of data collection equipment servers, etc., on the basis of integrating existing production facilities and information resources, the project will gradually build an intelligent factory platform at multiple levels. Break through the information barriers in the manufacturing process, and apply Internet + related technologies to realize intelligent manufacturing.

After the implementation of the project, it will establish the company's internal manufacturing, logistics, and management information sharing and rapid decision-making mechanism, which is also conducive to achieving a breakthrough in the sharing of related data with customers.
