On the morning of June 4th, our company held a lean management kick-off meeting in the ladder conference room on the sixth floor of the group headquarters. Deputy Chief Engineer Guo Weihua presided over the conference, described the core content of lean management projects, introduced the organizational structure of lean management projects to employees, and put forward specific requirements for project advancement.
The three consultants introduced the specific development plan and implementation plan of our company's lean management project, and conducted training on the introduction of lean management to all participants.
