Approximately 100 junior college students are introduced each year for internships in various departments. Since the second half of 2018, the second nursery class has introduced a total of 116 college interns. After nearly a year of internship training, 26 interns were finally given regularization. In order to show the importance of the "nursery class" and affirm the dedication and growth of the members of the nursery class, encourage students to continue to work hard, persist in learning, and develop their skills.

Recruitment is not easy, and retention is even more difficult. In order to reduce the attrition rate of college students and increase the retention rate, the Human Resources Department has launched a series of measures to retain college students. At this conversion ceremony, the company awarded the "Morning Nursery Education Award" to departments with a high retention rate of junior college students, in order to encourage all departments to pay attention to and cultivate talents.
