At the transfer ceremony, Ms. Gao Xinfang, the manager of the human resources department, delivered a speech, “College students are the leading force in the construction of the company’s technical staff. In order to target specialized talents and improve the skill level and overall quality of the staff, the Human Resources Department takes the lead in advancing the “Nursery Plan”. Approximately 100 junior college students are introduced each year for internships in various departments. Through in-depth production, master job skills and skills, and contribute to the development of precision machinery."

Since the second half of 2018, the second nursery class has introduced a total of 116 college interns. After nearly a year of internship training, 26 interns were finally given regularization. In order to show the importance of the "nursery class" and affirm the dedication and growth of the members of the nursery class, encourage students to continue to work hard, persist in learning, and develop their skills.

Recruitment is not easy, and retention is even more difficult. In order to reduce the attrition rate of college students and increase the retention rate, the Human Resources Department has launched a series of measures to retain college students. At this conversion ceremony, the company awarded the "Morning Nursery Education Award" to departments with a high retention rate of junior college students, in order to encourage all departments to pay attention to and cultivate talents.
